Refund Policy

Offensive Word Shop accepts refunds and exchanges, but only under certain conditions. Please read below for detailed information.

Most of our items are eligible for our 15-day refund policy. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof, a description of the issue, and the order number to request a refund.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged due to a printing, manufacturing or shipping issue. We do not approve refunds if you change your mind. We ask that you provide us a photo of the damaged product in question, a description of the issue, and the order number.


Reprints (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your re-print or refund.

If you are approved, we will issue a reprint (for printed-to-order items only) and ship a new product, at no additional cost to you.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your re-print or refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards


Late or missing refund amounts (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not exchange products. We only reprint / replace items if they are defective or damaged within their original packaging, on arrival at their destination. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will communicate with us about your return.


We don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.


Conditions of return

Although usually we do not require the defective item to be returned, there may be a rare occasion that this is necessary. In these cases, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
